You know those moments in your life where you want to jump up and down and tell everyone how excited you are and how dang proud of yourself you are, but you don’t want to annoy the people around you?

This is one of those times because my work was published for the first time! Woohoo. Don’t get me wrong, I love creating crochet designs for the blog and Stitch Together CALs. But this one is in a real, true magazine.

WeCrochet is the crochet arm of KnitPicks and it just launched a few months ago. I got the opportunity to design for their Spring line and that means the patterns is published in their magazine and for free on their website.

The Diamond Bucket Bag turned out so good. It’s a great little bag for on the go plus it looks super chic.

If you head to the pattern page on WeCrochet’s website, you also have the chance to make your own kit by dragging and dropping the yarn you want. I made my sample with Brava Bulky in Cream and Camel Heather(discontinued). But Brindle or Sienna would get you a similar kinda look. And guess what… you can make this bag for less than $10 (USD)!

So head on over there to check it out and let me know what you think!
